This class will go over the selection, care and use of Japanese sharpening stones. Students may bring tools to be sharpened. Students must have at least one Japanese water stone. Stones will be available for purchase from instructor.

About the instructor: Paul Tuller has been working with Japanese hand woodworking tools for over 35 years to build traditional Japanese interior spaces and custom furniture. He is the co-founder of The Guild of NH Woodworkers and a past juried member of The League of NH Craftsmen.

Limited to 5 students for each session.
