This is a workshop that focuses on learning how to use movement, meditation, & mindfulness practices to clear the way to support your unique creative vision. This is a 2-session workshop to allow 1 week for practicing techniques and an opportunity for reflection, deepening practices, guidance, and support at the second session. *No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. 

Through experiential learning participants will use mind-body practices to:

  • Create focus when feeling distracted
  • Calm the systems of the body from the impact of stress
  • Let go of attachment to ideas & expectations in order to create the space for inspiration
  • Increase energy when lethargic 
  • Create momentum when feeling mentally stuck
  • Filter out that which does not serve your purpose
  • Mentally organize & unfold visioning
  • Flow more easily with the challenges of entrepreneurship
Who is this workshop for: Creative people and entrepreneurs looking for new tools and methods to work effectively, and address the stresses and challenges of their work effectively.
